My only downside is that I felt the timeline didn't exactly line up for an expedited order, but it was also the holidays. The end result more than delivered though. Art takes time and this hand crafted piece is truly remarkable. They also worked with me and took themed images and video of the portrait that I could use/present on Christmas day since it was unlikely to have arrived by then. This is an excellent gift to get someone who has recently lost a pet and a good gift for people who want to capture their pets likeness while they are still in good health. Fair warning though, you will need at least 4 pictures of your pet, all with decent lighting and from different angles. So if the pet is still alive this will of course be easier, but just something to keep in mind before you purchase or if you're trying to surprise someone.

Petlyo is an amazing and kind person, and her art is absolutely stunning. My loving sister just lost her beloved Spikerdoodle. Petlyo embodied him puurfecly, using a real whisker and a tuft of his chest fur, she has created the most handsome of memorials I have even seen in my life. Needless to say, when she opened the box, he was so accurate, she was immediately washed over with so many raw emotions. She said thank you, now she can have a little piece of him to treasure forever. 10/10 would highly recommend this artist! Not only did she ask many questions, she was quick with her response time, even though she was on the other side of the planet. She also gave so much time and attention to understanding exactly how I wanted him posed, extremely minuscule details of his face, paw pads, chest and ears. Worth every penny!

I ordered a pet head figurine before, and when I saw they launched the full-body version, I knew I had to get one for my girl. I'm beyond happy with the result-they even recreated my dog's outfit! Highly recommend!

Wow! I got my order today and it is truly incredible. Im so impressed by the level of detail, from the little smudge of white on his forehead to the toe beans colored just like they were in real life. It feels a little bit like having my buddy back.

I previously ordered a head figurine from this company and was really happy with it, so I decided to try the full body version this time — and wow, it completely exceeded my expectations!
